    A young married couple (Abir and Tanusree) is looking for a property for rental and they find an apartment.Ultimately the couple settled down for a decent 3 bhk flat but with some odd terms and conditions which they thought they would manage. But they could not. The story revolves around a mind twisting plot - a secret that is unravelled only in the climax.

    电影609猛鬼房讲述了一组95后的朋友在找房子的过程中意外得到了一个便宜的房子，但是随着时间的推移，他们逐渐发现这个房子并不简单，里面住着一个可怕的幽灵，对他们展开了狂风骤雨的追杀，神秘事件不断发生。

    影片刚开始，阮浩然、孙雅欣、陈婉仪、邹柳萍、孙锐五个好朋友本着“六百九”这个神秘账单而到废弃的旧房子中住进去，同时彼此之间有着各自不为人知的秘密，加上陌生男子的频繁干扰，这座房子古怪异常。

    之后，几个人因为各自的原因陷入了另外一场恐怖游戏中：幽灵首领“609”对人类的报复。幽灵在该房子里不停的出现，引发了很多骇人的事件，例如突然的电灯故障，不同物件位置的突然移位，以及有人不知名的半夜去世。 在幽灵的威胁下，这几个好朋友互相之间猜疑，而幽灵也不停的发出一些可怕的信息，他们开始逐渐发现这栋房子的神秘之处，同时也发现了每个人隐藏的秘密，而这些秘密竟然与这栋房子有所关联，众人渐渐意识到：他们遭遇到的不是单纯的一场鬼打墙，而是接连不断的死亡。

    电影情节紧凑，对于幽灵恐怖的营造很到位，采用了多种躁动的音效来制造紧张气氛，中间的恐怖桥段也非常让人安抚，前半部分通过铺陈一系列的神秘事件引发了很多值得探究的疑问，后半部分揭露真相，让观众眼前一亮。

    影片中的演员表现也很不错，他们在角色互相猜疑和心理恐惧等方面的表现很到位，非常符合角色设定和故事节奏，整个故事进程也非常流畅，把幽灵带给正常人的扭曲和恐怖表现得非常生动也具有感染力。

    整体来看，电影609猛鬼房的包装非常成功，故事紧凑，画面精美，音效经过反复推敲，细节处理精细，而情节设置也相当贴切，在带给观众恐怖的同时也有思考与值得探讨的深层含义。适合一家人一起看的年轻人爱奇怪，在惊悚片中探索人性的扭曲和幽灵的怪异所在，是一部在恐怖片中制造心理上的创伤和震撼的优秀作品。
