    《Season B Season》是一档由腾讯视频推出的国内互动选秀综艺节目，于2021年5月14日首播，由邓超、何炅、张若昀、吴磊、刘宇宁等嘉宾担任导师。

    本节目于选手选秀的基础上，加入了不同的赛制和互动环节。此次比赛一共分为“B-boy”和“B-girl”两大组别，每组各有20名选手。每周的比赛主题不断创新，既有具有挑战性的对抗环节，又有突破自我的个人表现环节，而这些环节的背后，是导师们的精心设计与指导。

    其中最具特色的赛制是“10秒博弈”，参赛选手需要在10秒内完成个人表演，同时由观众现场用视频直播互动的方式进行投票。本节目还有拓展性极强的互动环节，如比赛进行到一半时，停下来要求五位导师去到舞台上进行舞蹈表演。而这些舞蹈表演则由全钻石会员来选择歌曲，他们可以一起决定节目最重要的“节目瞬间”。

    导师团队也是本节目的一大看点，由流派不同、风格各异的多位舞蹈大师组成。定位为舞蹈传播者的吴磊，与专门教授Hip-hop的刘宇宁，以及忠诚于中国传统文化的邓超，一起组成了一个极富多样性的导师团队。

    此外，在本节目中还有一些收视率和互动率非常高的特色环节。比如“聚光灯舞台”环节，更是由选手自己设计的作品表演，并通过募集观众提供的小道消息，让自己的表演在节目中获得更好的呈现。
